WHO WE ARE

LAIK (pronounced “like”) is dedicated to crafting travel and event experiences that not only create unforgettable moments but also give back to the community. We believe in transporting our clientele away from the chaos and drudgery of daily life into the extraordinary, extravagant, and extra. Our unique experiences allow clients to enjoy, savor, and splurge while actively supporting local initiatives. Life is meant to be enjoyed, and at LAIK, we ensure that each experience contributes to a greater purpose, proving that we only get one life, and we want to LAIK it while making a positive impact.

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in a comprehensive range of services. We coordinate single and multi-day excursions and LAIK events centered on luxurious, unique activities that allow space for guests to relax, indulge, and connect with one another. Beyond event management, we offer exquisite floral design and thoughtful interior design solutions tailored for homes and corporate spaces. Additionally, we are excited to extend our employee experience services at corporations throughout America. We also work with nonprofits and charity organizations of all sizes to connect them with invaluable members of the community who can help them further their mission.

Our unique floral services reflect creativity and personal flair, ensuring that each arrangement is not just a bouquet, but a work of art. In addition to our floral offerings, we are excited to introduce our “Don’t Be Scared” interior design services. With a keen eye for detail, we transform spaces into inviting havens that resonate with personality and style. As a certified Sommelier, we bring a tasteful touch to your events, pairing exquisite wines with carefully curated dining experiences. Our ultimate goal is to share our gifts with the community, creating memorable experiences while giving back in meaningful ways. Stay tuned for our launch!

TRAVEL WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

  • In consideration of my participation in The California Dreaming - Take Flight trip (hereinafter the “Activity”), hosted by The Laik Experiences, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Laik Experiences, their officers, agents, servants or employees (hereinafter “Laik Experiences”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, illness, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of Laik Experiences, whether passive or active and regardless of the form of negligence, while participating in such Activity, or while in, on or upon any of the premises where the Activity is being conducted. I assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage while participating, including traveling to and from the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of Laik Experiences or otherwise and agree not to sue for any such cause.
  • I understand and agree that by executing this Release, I agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Laik Experiences from and against all liability, losses, claims, damages, costs, attorney's fees, and expenses of whatever kind and nature (the "Losses") that Laik Experiences may incur due to my participation, including my travel to and from the Activity, including, but not limited to, Losses as a result of the negligence of any party, including Laik Experiences, whether passive or active and regardless of the form of negligence.
  • It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release not to sue Laik Experiences.
  • I agree that Laik Experiences may use my likeness, photograph, and name relating to my participation in the Activity free of charge and without further notice or consultation.
  • In signing this Release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Release, understand it, and sign voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made. I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent, and I execute this Release for full, adequate, and complete consideration, fully intending to be bound by same.

The Tuscany Experience
